Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of crew members during events, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Organize logistics for events, including setup, execution, and breakdown while adhering to timelines.
- Lead crew in the construction of event tents.
- Install dance floors and stages with precision.
- Delivering and setting up tables and chairs, among other rental items.
- Maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and encouraging open communication among crew members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading crews in the event rental industry.
- Expertise in constructing event tents and installing dance floors and stages.
- Self-Motivated, timely, and detail-oriented.
- Conformable working in five-star environments.
- Bilingual
Job Details:
