What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Purchasing and Expeditor Clerk position at Grand Falls Casino and Golf Resort?
- Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
- System Administrator for computerized maintenance management software program
- Support the Facilities Director and the departments of Maintenance and EVS with clerical and computer needs.
- Work with vendors and utilize the SWS software program to obtain parts, materials and supplies for department operation. Obtain price quotes and do research for managers and supervisors
- Maintain files for the department such as drawing, schematics, OEM manuals, catalogs, and digital information
- Manage record retention issues as required by various authorities having jurisdiction
- Work with the accounting department to handle and process forms such as purchase orders, receivers, credit card receipts and other financial documents
- Perform work that is confidential in nature and ensure confidentiality is maintained
- Utilize computers to create spreadsheets, desk top publishing and other innovative approaches to facilities management and operations.
- Make trips to area vendors as needed to pick up emergency parts and supplies
- Inventory and Maintain Facilities related parts and material stock levels (filters, bulbs, chemicals, critical parts etc)
- Manage purchasing for Facility Services. Negotiate price and delivery with vendors.
- Maintain files and records regarding regulatory issues.
- Assist Facilities Director with maintaining and tracking budgetary items
- Maintain and keep current all facility SDS (MSDS) log books
