**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of cleaning services for clients.
- Dispatch cleaning teams effectively, ensuring timely arrivals and optimal routes.
- Communicate with team members and clients to confirm appointments and address any scheduling changes.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, client preferences, and team assignments.
- Provide support in resolving any scheduling conflicts or issues that arise.

**Qualifications:**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
- Experience in scheduling or dispatching is preferred.
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
- Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.
