We seek a passionate individual to join our team at Ristoranté Brissago, a contemporary Italian restaurant at the resort that sources local, seasonal ingredients. As a Part Time Server Assistnat at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will assist with delivery and service of hotel food and beverage offerings to the restaurant guests.

What will you be doing?
- Thoroughly understand the menu, wine list, ingredients, preparation, and expected service.
- Deliver all required Service Accents to the guest (e.g., SSA presentation, bread presentation, horseradish/cheese grating, and dessert presentation).
- Maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe work environment.
- Transport and polish clean dishware, utensils and accessories as needed.
- Comply with opening and closing procedures as well as complete side work.
- Communicate with the culinary and management team throughout duration of shift.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.
- Clean and reset dining room tables and booths during and after meal
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What do you bring to the role?
- Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under pressure.
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
- Must be proficient in multi-tasking and have the ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to understand verbal English to comprehend basic guest requests. Ability to understand written English to read any caution or safety notices.
- Ability to grasp, lift, carry, and/or transport up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room.
