Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident areas to ensure a safe environment.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents' health conditions.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) for residents with varying levels of independence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or long-term care settings is preferred.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy.
- Experience in medication administration is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with dementia care practices is a plus.
- Ability to lift and assist residents safely as required by the role.
