Marina Housekeeping, Maintenance and Guest Services

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented team member to assist with general maintenance and housekeeping for boaters at Grand Haven Yacht Club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and working on outdoor projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The team member will ensure that all areas are kept clean and well-maintained, contributing to a welcoming environment for all boaters.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming floors.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms on regular basis with great detail.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as painting, powerwashing and general landscaping maintenance.
• Assist in event planning and communications.
• Provide exceptional service while interacting with boaters and guests

Experience

• Previous experience in maintenance or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
• Previous customer service expereince is a plus
• A strong commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail is essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
