Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
- Monday-Friday 7:30 am- 4:30 pm (1 hour lunch).
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar.
- Check patients in and out, collect payments, and provide receipts.
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary.
- File and organize documents, including medical records and insurance forms.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning.
- Assist with office tasks as needed, including data entry and inventory management.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a medical/dental office is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
