What are the responsibilities and job description for the Houseman position at Grand History LLC?
**Job Overview:**
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning or laundry. We'd be very happy to see a background in hospitality, custodial services, or housekeeping management, but that is not required.
**Duties:**
- ensure cleanliness standards are met
Make up sleeper sofas and cots
Luggage service for guests
- Coordinate housekeeping activities with others
- Handle customer complaints and special requests promptly
-Valet Parking, so need to have Drivers License
**Skills:**
- Ability to launder linens and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
