Responsibilities Overview - Design Consultant / Sales Associate
Greet customers and efficiently qualify each for the sale
Utilize excellent closing skills
Maintain working knowledge of merchandise as provided in training
Provide excellent customer service during and after the sale.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements - Design Consultant / Sales Associate
Motivated by sales and competitive commission pay
Previous sales experience a plus, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Customer service or retail experience
Oral and written communications skills are required
Rotating retail schedule includes some nights and week-ends
