This role is primarily responsible for lawn and property maintenance as assigned at various locations of the Grand Properties in Virginia, West Virginia and Tennessee. Travel is required. Vehicle is provided.
Responsibilities Overview – Lawn Care and Property Maintenance
Operation and maintenance of truck in safe manner according to DOT and state regulations.
Safely and efficiently performs lawn and farm tasks as assigned.
Properly maintains lawn and farm equipment.
Properly maintains parking lots and surrounding landscaping
Ensures excellent and professional service in all locations
Efficiently performs maintenance in various Grand properties as assigned.
Requirements – Lawn Care and Property Maintenance
Possess current driver’s license and qualified DMV report.
Maintain qualifications for DOT driver file.
Schedule varies according to travel and growing season demands. OT as needed
Ability to perform physical activities including standing for multiple hours and the ability to carry and lift weights of up to 100 lbs. with assistance
Use of standing and sitting lawn mowers, trimmers, tractors, bush hog, and snow blades
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in lawn and farm equipment
Good communications skills are required
