Key Responsibilities
Deliver Expert Treatments: Perform a variety of massage therapies, including Swedish, Sports, Aromatherapy, Thai, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Reiki, with knowledge of hydrotherapy and body treatments.
Create a Relaxing Environment: Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming treatment room.
Personalized Guest Experience: Provide professional Swedish massages (50, 80, or 110 minutes), ensuring comfort through proper draping techniques.
Genuine Care & Well-Being: Approach each session with compassion and a dedication to guest satisfaction.
Knowledge & Excellence: Stay informed on all spa treatments and services to enhance the guest experience.
Support Spa Efficiency: Assist with linen handling, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness during non-treatment periods.
Commit to Punctuality: Ensure timely service delivery for a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
✔️ Valid Alabama Massage Therapist License (required).
✔️ Passion for wellness and guest service.
✔️ Strong knowledge of massage techniques and spa treatments.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Ability to maintain a professional, calming presence.
