Overview

This is a seasonal position from early April 2025 to early November 2025.

 

Housing and Meals provided at $19/day. 

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Training Manager to lead the training and development programs within our food and beverage department. The F&B Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training initiatives to ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with department heads, coaching staff, and ensuring consistency in service delivery.

 

Summary:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all F&B staff.

  • Conduct regular training sessions on service standards, menu knowledge, and health and safety protocols.

  • Collaborate with F&B leadership to identify training needs and performance gaps.

  • Oversee onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration.

  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and hygiene standards.

  • Develop training materials, manuals, and SOPs.

  • Manage and track training records and progress.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications

  • 4 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Six months to one year in a management position.
  • Some wine and fine food knowledge helpful.
  • Experience in luxury or high-volume F&B environments.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations and service excellence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in developing training materials and using training software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
