Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, utensils,
dishes, or silverware; storing food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage; preparing avariety of foods, such as meats, vegetables, desserts, according to customers' orders or supervisors' instructions,following approved procedures; taking and recording temperature of food and food storage areas such asrefrigerators and freezers; washing, peeling, and cutting various foods, such as fruits and vegetables, to prepare forcooking or serving; placing food trays over food warmers for immediate service, or storing them in refrigeratedstorage cabinets; portioning and wrapping the food, or placing it directly on plates for service to patrons; weighingor measuring ingredients; mixing ingredients for green salads, molded fruit salads, vegetable salads, and pastasalads; and receiving and storing food supplies, equipment, and utensils in refrigerators, cupboards, and otherstorage areas.Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to launch your culinary career. Qualifications
