As Housekeeping Night Manager, you will supervise the night shift housekeeping staff, ensure cleanliness across all areas, and manage overnight cleaning schedules. Your attention to detail and leadership will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for impeccable cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Proven experience in a housekeeping management role or similar
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities
Strong communication skills and guest service orientation
