This role involves coaching and guiding associates while handling tasks such as training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing.
Hotel Operations Supervisors provide leadership in multiple areas, including guest services, restaurant and bar operations, in-room dining, and banquet functions. They ensure smooth daily operations, uphold service standards, and engage with guests to enhance their overall experience. This highly visible position allows for meaningful guest interactions and hands-on involvement across all hotel departments. Responsibilities may also include processing guest transactions, managing reservations, handling service recovery, and responding to inquiries.
