Palmadoro’s is our unique and vibrant Airstream bus, serving up delicious pizzas, sandwiches, and a variety of other tasty foods, along with a selection of canned and bottled drinks. As a Palmadoro’s Attendant, you will be at the heart of the action, interacting with guests, providing fantastic service, and helping to create memorable dining experiences in this exciting, fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a dynamic Palmadoro’s Attendant who thrives in a guest-focused setting and is passionate about delivering excellent service. In this role, you will assist with in-room dining orders, offer menu suggestions, and ensure that our guests' needs are met in the most attentive way possible. Your role will be essential in providing memorable experiences for our guests during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Interaction & Customer Service: Provide excellent, friendly service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience exceeds expectations.

• Order Processing: Accurately ring in food and beverage orders using the POS system and process credit card or room charge payments.

• Delivery of Orders: Assist with delivering orders to guest rooms, ensuring timely and accurate service.

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform cleaning duties in the truck, work areas, and guest seating areas, ensuring a clean and organized environment.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and push up to 50lbs as part of the role.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with in-room dining servers on amenity coordination and order deliveries.

The hourly pay-rate for this position is $16.50 with the opportunity to earn additional income through tips. This is the pay rate for this position that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay.
