90-Day Probationary Rate: $25.16 per hour
Hourly Rate: $29.60 per hour

A Reservations Agent is responsible for reservations duties, but is not limited to: handling guest room reservation requests for the hotel, providing guest with hotel facility information and answer questions relating to the hotel and local area, blocking rooms, entering group rooming lists, posting prepayments, billing no-show reservations, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications -
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor
- Guest service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to give full availability
Salary : $25 - $30
