The Manchester Grand Hyatt is looking to fill the role of Security & Safety Host, to join Hyatt's diverse team of security and safety professionals, please review the roles, responsibilities, and qualifications listed below :
Responsibilities :
- Conduct foot patrols of the hotel's property, to include lobby / outlet areas, guest room hallways, parking garage, hotel perimeter, convention space, etc.
- Respond to various on-property incidents, to include, but not limited to, medical emergencies, trespassers, noise complaints, lost / missing items, guest needs, etc.
- Prevent unwanted visitors from entering the property, and safely escort any non guests / unwanted visitors from the property
- Effectively monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, emergency phone lines, and other aspects of the property's dispatch center on an as-needed basis
- Complete detailed, and accurate incident reports in a timely manner, after critical incidents occur
- Partner with responding law enforcement and fire departments, as needed
- Administer basic CPR and First Aid, as needed
- Respond to, and strategically remedy various guest requests, in order to retain guest business, and overall brand protection
WAGE : The hourly rate for this position is $27.00 / hr.
SHIFT : This position is a full time evening shift 3pm to 11pm and requires open availability
