The Reservations Coordinator's responsibility is to handle guest room reservation requests for the hotel and condo residences, provide guests with hotel facility information and answer questions relating to the hotel and local area. This person will be responsible for ensuring reservation accuracy prior to guest arrival. This position requires multi-tasking and proactive initiative to ensure Group and Leisure guests are fully completed in a reservation process. This position will be assisting group reservations during the peak season. Remote work a possibility for Colorado residents.
The start rate of pay for this position is $24.00/hour plus incentives. Actual pay will be based on experience.

Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Micros Opera knowledge preferred
- Hyatt systems knowledge preferred (Envision, Reseve, and Prio)
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- Excellent customer service and interface skills
- Understanding of rooms merchandising and yield management processes
