The desired candidate will have some professional cooking experience, knowledge of cooking ingredients, and procedures. We are looking for someone to work primarily between 4:00am and 5:00pm (occasionally as late as 8:30pm) with the flexibility to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.

We are looking for someone to work primarily between 4:00am and 5:00pm (occasionally as late as 8:30pm) with the flexibility to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare all food and baked items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set
- Ensure all ingredients are in stock and communicate ordering needs
- Understand and complete requisition sheets
- Demonstrate a high level of cleanliness in workstation and appearance
- Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers/freezers, and storage areas
- Watch for and identify spoilage in product
- Keep accurate temperature records
- Operate a variety of kitchen equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Refined verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills with the desire to learn advanced pastry cooking skills

Salary : $20 - $22
