This Intermediate Line Cook position requires good communication as well as at least 2 years of previous line cook experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling and be comfortable in producing at a high volume level.
The hourly rate range for this position is $27.80 - $28.36 per hour. This position starts at $27.80/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the position for four years, which is currently $28.36/hour.

Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Good communication skills
- 2 years of previous line experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
- Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen
- Able to produce at a high volume level
- Strong knife skills are required
- Requires moderate supervision and training
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
