The Grand Hyatt Denver is currently seeking a Front Desk Supervisor, who possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and will include training, assisting with the check in experience while providing excellent customer service with guests and associates, managing inventory and queue, VIP assignments, World of Hyatt ESR Tracking, group pre-keys, and supporting PBX.
Front Office Supervisors lead the agents whom are responsible for the guest check in process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This front of house highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience, guest recovery, and anticipating guest needs. Other duties will include processing forms of payment, tax exempt processing, responding to guest inquires, assisting with pre-arrival communication, maximizing upsell opportunities, group block assignments, and analyzing reports.
