Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of building maintenance experience recommended, with hotel experience preferred
- Ability to use power tools safely
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Value and follow through on attention to detail
- Possess good math skills
- Resourcefulness to stay organized and independently on task
- Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift as well as push, pull, lift, carry moderate weight
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Primary shift is 2nd shift (3:30pm-12:00am).
