Skills/Abilities Required:
1. NYS Certification in Arts K-12.
2. Familiarity with New York State P-12 Learning Standards for the arts.
3. Ability to use authentic and traditional assessments to differentiate instruction and improve student achievement.
4. Evidence of strong technology integration skills.
5. Evidence of academic success at undergraduate and graduate levels.
6. Strong work ethic and commitment to schools' mission and vision.
7. Strong written and oral communication skills.
8. Desire and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
9. Evidence of positive and effective classroom management skills.
