Duties
- Ensure adherence to quality management standards throughout all support processes.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in project leadership and coordination.
- Roustabout experience with new facilities, construction including wellheads, flowlines, transfer lines, tank batteries
- Cut, thread, install, inspect, and coat pipe
- Sandblasting pipeline, heat vessels, fire tubes, heat treaters and tanks
- Familiarity with operating water trucks, forklifts, and other heavy machinery.
- Ability to perform roustabout work when needed
Requirements:
- Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Five (5) or more years Sandblasting, Coating & Painting experience
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in all-weather climates/conditions
- Must be able to 5/2 schedule, work overtime as needed, with ability to travel upon request
- Ability to cover team member's roles when emergencies or relief needs arise
- Must be able to pass all onboarding requirements including background, drug screening, MVR & etc.
