Job Description :
- Provide pharmaceutical care in a retail and inpatient mixed setting.
- Utilize Epic Systems for documentation of patient care and medication management.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and ensure appropriate medication use.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient medication records.
- Participate in medication management reviews and assess patient-specific pharmacotherapeutic needs.
- Adjust work hours as necessary to meet the demands of the unit and patient care.
- Follow established cancellation policy guidelines.
