As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting focused assessments and reporting changes to licensed healthcare providers for ongoing direction and patient management. You will also participate in the development and modification of patient health plans with the healthcare team and implement patient care interventions delegated by licensed healthcare providers.
Additionally, you will be responsible for assigning nursing activities to other LPNs and monitoring tasks delegated to certified medical assistants or unlicensed personnel. Your focus on patient care will ensure safe and effective delivery, patient advocacy, evaluation, and collaboration with healthcare team members.
To qualify for this position, you must have a current LPN Minnesota state license and/or current Medical Assistant certification or registration.
