What are the responsibilities and job description for the Childcare Toddler Teacher position at Grand Lake Family YMCA?
Qualified applicants must be 18 or older, dependable, energetic, positive and patient. This is a licensed childcare program, working with 8 Two year olds. You must pass a background check, fingerprinting, physical and drug test, all of which are paid for by the Y.
You will be required to pass CPR/First aid, and complete 12 online training hours per year.
This position comes with the following benefits: vacation, sick and holiday pay; health, vision, dental, and life insurance offered.
This full time position is for 6:00am-2:00 pm Monday - Friday.
This position will be in a classroom with up to 8 two year olds and include:
- supervising, engaging and interacting with children
- providing ongoing communication with the families
- maintain a clean, safe, organized classroom
- complete neccessary paperwork for the food program and licensing
- be a team player
- have consistent attendance- be on time and keep absences to a minimum
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $13.75 per hour
Schedule:

- No weekends
