Casual employment working as needed based on departmental needs.

Pool Staff hours are Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays required.

Primarily 1st shift hours.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
-
Will work in various physician practices on an as-needed basis.

Works under the supervision of the Practice Manager/Coordinator.

Is responsible for being able to multitask and all clerical activities.

Public/guest relations and communications are key components of the job.

Performs other duties to assist manager, coordinator, co-workers, and providers.
Requirements
-
Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs.
Education/Certifications
-
Secretary: High School Diploma.

Patient Care Technician: High School diploma with preferred completion of at least one quarter or semester of clinical work and medical terminology in a health-related program with a grade of C or higher.

Certified Medical Assistant: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program or will be graduating within 6 months of hire. Certified Medical Assistant through AAMA or other certifying body as deemed acceptable by the Practice Manager or will obtain this credentialing within 6 months of hire.

LPN/RN: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. License to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio.
Experience
-
Previous experience in Physician Practice is preferred, but not required.
