Primarily Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., but occasional weekends and evenings are required.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate, prepare, and support health-related programs, events, and initiatives with a focus on both community and employer outreach.

Organize logistics including scheduling of staff, equipment, and event setup.

Assist with marketing campaigns to promote programs and events, including content development for social media, newsletters, and digital platforms.

Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify health risks and develop trend analysis reports.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmark results against community health data.

Support the development and evaluation of outreach programs in collaboration with department coordinators.

Perform data entry and track outcomes within the Community Benefits Program in alignment with Grand Lake Health System’s goals.

Maintain CRM systems and contribute to customer engagement strategies.
Requirements:
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with Outreach staff, the public, healthcare providers, key stakeholders, and hospital personnel.

Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with our Fleet/Vehicle Safety policy (Admin-042).
Education and Certifications:
-
Associate degree required, bachelor's degree in health promotion, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
-
Minimum of two years' experience in a health-related or outreach-focused role preferred.

Prior experience in marketing, public relations, or community engagement is strongly preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills required.

Experience with data extraction tools, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
