Executive Director
The Executive Director of this Independent, Supportive Living and Memory Care Community is responsible for the overall management and administration of a supportive living facility in compliance with state regulations and the organization's mission. This role involves providing leadership, ensuring high-quality resident care, maintaining financial stability, and fostering a positive living environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:Oversee all aspects of the supportive living program, including resident admissions, care plans, and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) regulations and guidelines.
Financial Management:Manage the facility's budget, ensuring financial stability and efficiency. Monitor revenue and expenses.
Staff Leadership:Recruit, hire, train, and supervise facility staff, including nurses, caregivers, and administrative personnel. Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Resident Services:Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents. Ensure the provision of high-quality care, services, and activities that enhance residents' quality of life.
Community Engagement:Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and community partners.Promote the facility's services and maintain a strong occupancy rate.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Monitor and evaluate the facility's performance through quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Facility Maintenance and Safety:Oversee the maintenance and safety of the facility, including routine inspections and maintenance of equipment and living spaces.
Reporting and Documentation:Prepare and submit required reports to state agencies and funding sources. Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, LPN or RN.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a supportive living facility or similar healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of census growth
- Strong knowledge of Illinois supportive living regulations and healthcare industry trends.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and community stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
