Strong knowledge of table game protection principles, as well as the Grand Lodge Casino’s policies and procedures; an understanding of how procedures relate to game protection.

Responsible for successfully onboarding all new Team Members on their assigned shift.
Monitor all Table Games Team Members for performance, compliance, guest service and adherence to company and departmental policies and procedures on assigned shift, while making every effort to do so in a positive way.
Assist with managing and controlling labor and game spread to optimize business needs, including the authorization of overtime and early-outs, as appropriate.
Responsible for the overall maintenance and appearance of all gaming equipment.
Count new and used card and dice inventory and verify logs with outgoing Table Games Shift Manager.
Oversee payroll on a given shift, utilizing the Ultipro System, including oversight of the daily clock in and clock out for all hourly Table Games Team members on a given shift.
Ensure that the Department’s Pre-Shift Planner is delivered to the Table Games Team daily.
Ensure compliance with Nevada Gaming Regulations.
Ensure adherence to Title 31, including the review of MTL Logs, utilizing the Konami Operating System, and oversee the completion of all CTRCs generated in the Pit on a given shift, while remaining aware of applicable cash transactions in other departments.
Ensure proper coverage and work assignments for dealers and supervisors. Prepare schedules.
Supervise and provide support to the staff. Resolve Team Member related issues, and support team building with positive and open communication.
Maintain a highly visible floor presence.
Verify slot jackpots in excess of $10,000.
Communicate all relevant information to the Table Games Director, as well as the Casino General Manager, as instructed.
Ensure that all marker issuance on a given shift is accurate. Transfer all markers from a given shift to the Cage at shift’s end, or as needed.
