What are the responsibilities and job description for the TG Floor Supervisor position at Grand Lodge Casino?
Responsible for the efficient operation of the assigned shift.
Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
Maintain an open line of communication with Management.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow Employees, and Vendors.
Appoint dealers to various games and ensure that dealing policy and procedures are followed.
Maintain current knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) as well as internal controls, policies and procedures.
Excellent internal/external guest service;
Ensure that all supervisors are following company policies and procedures;
Maintain a work environment that promotes the best teamwork and cooperation among employees;
Keep all lines of communication open between shifts and other departments;
Maintain confidentiality of all property and Grand Lodge trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, guest lists, marketing plans and other confidential information.
