How you will make an impact:
The Maintenance Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility's buildings and grounds, ensuring they remain safe, functional, and attractive for residents, staff, and visitors. This includes managing preventative maintenance programs, handling emergency repairs, supervising maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with vendors, maintaining accurate records, participating in budget planning, responding to resident requests, and ensuring proper function of all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).

What you will need:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Previous maintenance and leadership experience is preferred.
