Position: Child Focused Care Coordinator
As part of the Learning and Development Team, the Trainer will report to the Learning Coordinator. A Trainer will have a record of success as a provider of direct client care. The trainer’s role is designed to teach enduring skills that support varied client services. The trainer will help new and tenured employees de-construct, reconstruct, and practice skills, frameworks, a provision of services. The trainer will work closely with the Subject Matter Experts, Coordinators, and their training treatment team to prepare the employee for successful client care. Working in an evolving profession will require this person to be a model of continuous learning, embrace change, and create a positive learning experience.
