EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a logistics, coordination, or delivery role.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Must be comfortable with traveling within a 100 mile radius from the Tulsa location, multiple days a week.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to troubleshoot basic device issues and perform basic cleaning.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and staff.

Ability to lift and transport devices as needed (up to 20-30 lbs).
An expectation of core competencies in relation to individuals with co-occurring disorders.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible and held accountable for the following duties:

Device Pickup & Delivery: Travel within a 100-mile radius using a company vehicle to pick up and deliver mobile devices to and from client homes and clinics.

Device Maintenance: Clean and inspect mobile devices to ensure they are in excellent working condition for redeployment. This includes physical cleaning, software resets, and troubleshooting minor issues.

Re-deployment: Distribute cleaned and checked mobile devices to various sites, ensuring each location receives the correct devices for their needs.

Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of device status, delivery times, and any issues encountered during pickups or deliveries. Ensure that all paperwork is completed on time.

Client Interaction: Provide professional and courteous customer service during pickups and deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns that clients or clinic staff may have.

Schedule Management: Work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with every other Friday off. This position will be responsible for managing their schedule to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.

Understands and promotes our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) concept by providing or supporting community-based mental and substance use disorder services; advancing integration of behavioral health with physical health care; assimilating and utilizing evidence-based practices on a more consistent basis; and promoting improved access to high quality care.

Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job requirement.

Employee must be willing and able to perform all job-related travel normally associated with this position (this may include transportation of clients).

Participates in required staff meetings.

Performs other reasonably related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or other management as requested.

Quality of work will be evaluated through training, skill or special purpose. Must be competent and adequate. Must meet “satisfactory” expectations at any scheduled job performance evaluation.
