Responsibilities:- Perform daily checks, repair equipment, and manage maintenance issues
- Conduct safety inspections, respond to unsafe situations, and follow lift emergency procedures
- Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption, and recommend strategies to optimize energy efficiency
- Develop, implement, and direct emergency programs
- Coordinate renovation projects
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
- Build positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Prior hotel engineering experience
- Lead or supervisory experience
