Job Summary
Process bi-weekly payroll for 400 employees.
Summary of essential job functions
Process up to 5 bi-weekly payrolls
Verifies information on I-9 through E-Verify system
Prepares 401K and Flexible Spending Account contributions for all payrolls
Responds to all correspondence including employment verifications and
disability claims
Responsible for maintenance of employee files (purging terminated and
setting up new hire files)
Works with resorts in identifying communication problems with time clocks
Reconciles PR Advance accounts monthly
Responsible for retention and storing of payroll documents
Maintains Employee Wage Garnishment / Levies
Prepare and submit Multiple Worksite Report - quarterly
Qualifications
Minimum requirements
3 years of payroll experience, preferably with Paycom
Knowledge of time clock and payroll interface
General knowledge of State and Federal payroll laws
Some accounting experience desired
Salary : $38 - $42
