Primary Job Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper are to thoroughly clean apartments as they are vacated in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Salary: $18.00/hourly

Primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper are to thoroughly clean apartments as they are vacated in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Complete vacant cleans (and touch-ups) as scheduled ensuring highest quality standards in a timely manner.
- Report service requests needed on apartments and common areas.
- Complete clean up of the office, clubhouse, building common areas and facilities as scheduled by emptying trash, disinfecting the telephones, dusting, general cleaning and vacuuming.
- Inform supervisor of supplies needed in a timely manner.
- Assist management/maintenance as needed.
- Wear required uniform and maintain an appropriate appearance.
- Comply with all state/local laws and follow the company’s policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines including compliance with OSHA/Fair Housing requirements.
- Responsible for assisting other employees in any apartment management functions.
- Other duties as assigned
Salary: $18.00/hourly
