Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant is the primary property sales representative and resident customer service liaison. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Prospecting and Leasing:

• Actively seek out and engage with potential residents through various channels, including in-person tours, phone calls, and online platforms.
• Conduct informative and engaging property tours, highlighting unique features and benefits.
• Professionally present lease terms and conditions, addressing questions and concerns.
• Efficiently process lease applications, credit checks, and background checks.
• Collect required documentation, fees, and deposits.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service to both prospective and current residents.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns, addressing issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming community atmosphere.
• Assist with resident retention efforts, such as renewal processes and resident events.

Administrative Tasks:

• Accurately maintain resident records and lease documentation.
• Prepare and submit required reports, including leasing activity, traffic logs, and market surveys.
• Utilize property management software to track leasing activity and resident information.
• Assist with property maintenance requests and follow-up on service issues.

Marketing and Branding:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new residents.
• Maintain a clean and inviting property appearance, including common areas and model units.
• Stay informed about local market trends and competitive properties.

Compliance:

• Adhere to all federal, state, and local fair housing laws and regulations.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leasing or sales, preferably in the multifamily industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in property management software.
• Valid driver's license.

Salary:

$20/hr bonuses housing discount
