What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Team Lead position at Grand Peaks?
Grand Peaks Medical is seeking a long-term, dependable MA, LPN or RN to be a team lead assigned to one medical provider to join our amazing team! Bilingual speaking English and Spanish is preferred. This full-time position will work in both our St. Anthony and Rexburg Clinics. Wage will be DOE and excellent benefits are available for full-time positions including a 401K retirement plan. This position offers the opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals and directly contribute to the well-being of our patients. The Medical Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of medical services, and maintaining high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned healthcare professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of clinical operations.
Requirements:Full-time position,10-hour shifts with Saturday rotation. Located in our Saint Anthony and Rexburg locations. Candidates must be able to commit to 36 consecutive months of full-time employment.
Education:
High school diploma OR equivalency required
Current RN or LPN License required
Experience:
Customer service experience (at least one year).
Previous experience as a medical assistant or equivalent (2 years preferred).
Basic Job Duties:
Patient check-in, handling phone calls, scheduling patients, drawing blood, running lab tests, etc.
