We are currently seeking a highly motivated Medical Team Lead to join our team and help us deliver outstanding care while supporting our mission to improve community health.
Grand Peaks Medical is seeking a dependable and dedicated Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Team Lead working closely with one of our medical providers. This is a full-time position based at our Idaho Falls clinic and is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and mission-driven team.
Preferred qualifications include at least two years of clinical experience and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

Requirements:Schedule:
Full-time position, 10-hour shifts with Saturday rotation. Located in Idaho Falls. Candidates must be able to commit to 36 consecutive months of full-time employment.
Education:
High school diploma OR equivalency required
Current RN or LPN License required
Experience:
Customer service experience (at least one year).
Previous experience as a medical assistant or equivalent (2 years preferred).
Basic Job Duties:
In addition to standard nursing duties the team lead will also do the following:
- Serve as the point of contact for their assigned provider
- Full responsibility in ensuring the completion of diagnostic imaging, referrals, telephone encounters, labs, etc. for their assigned provider.
- The point of contact for empaneled patients.
- The liaison between the provider and other nursing staff.
