Role Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor is a critical member of the Grand Peaks team, responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our properties, ensuring a safe environment for residents, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the physical condition of properties and address any unsafe conditions promptly.
- Complete make readies efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain a system for timely and efficient handling of resident service requests.
- Perform maintenance and repairs, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to maintenance activities, including service requests, preventative maintenance, safety systems, and repair/replacement of major equipment.
