We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Grand Peaks. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical integrity of our properties and providing exceptional service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the physical integrity of the property and maintain a safe environment for residents.
- Supervise the maintenance team and delegate tasks as needed.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, and diagnose and fix complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to management.
- Cultivate high resident satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance supervision or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
