Description:
The Front Desk Supervisor ensures that the day-to-day operations of the hotel front desk are performed to the highest standards possible as set by the Lodge Manager and Enterprise Administrator. The Supervisor will perform and train others to perform all duties associated with the front desk, night audit requirements, office work, guest services and requests. The Supervisor resolves problems and emergencies as they pertain to guests' services, personnel performance, employee scheduling, supervision, training and discipline, and any other job related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor(s).
Education:
Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education experience. Prefer high school diploma or general education degree.
Qualifications:
Must have good math and communication skills, ability to multi-task, and have customer service skills. Must be able to work independently and/or with others when needed. Must be available to work flexible hours and days.
Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
