Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone
- Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers regarding their service needs and expectations
- Accurately document customer information, service requests, and work performed in our computer system
- Maintain accurate records of all service transactions and ensure timely and accurate billing
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service work

Requirements:

- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office and dealership management systems
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic powersports terminology and familiarity with service department operations
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
