- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking.
- Interact with clients, technicians and sales staff in-store, through text, and on the phone.
- Follow / optimize structured sales process.
- Have working knowledge of the motorcycle business.
- Assist with service scheduling, etc.
- Maintain a high degree of client satisfaction.
- Minimum 1-2 years as a service manager within the power sports field.
- Motorcycle background preferred.
- Motorcycle endorsement.
- Possess sound judgment and decision-making ability.
- Previous service management experience in the power-sports/automotive industry a plus.
