Flagger/Kart Supervisor - Pay $11 - $13 an hour

Shift and Schedule: Weekends only/Weekends as needed/Morning-mid day shift/Evening shift/Every weekend/Day shift
Current Shift Schedules:
Tuesday-Thursday: 3pm-10pm
Friday-Saturday: 11am-5pm/5pm-10pm
Sunday: 12pm-7pm

Role Summary: As a member of the pit crew/hospitality staff, you will be key in providing guests a top-notch experience. You will need to balance daily work requirements and responsibilities with needs of the business to provide support to our customers. The hospitality staff works in works in coordination with front of the house operations and general management to create a great guest experience and drive positive customer sentiment through exemplary service and care.
Responsibilities: Greet customers, Assign karts, Assist with helmets and functions of the karts, Use proper flags to communicate with racers on the track, Physically adjust barriers, Push karts and disconnect/reconnect chargers, Maintain Workspace / general cleaning and hygiene.
Qualifications: Must be at least 15 years of age and have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
Competencies: Adaptable to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on level of importance and urgency, Ability to work autonomously and consistently with limited direction
Physical Requirements (Must be able to work the following): Shift: Tuesday - Thursday 3pm-10pm, Friday-Saturday-Sunday AM/PM shifts, Must be able to stand long periods of time, Work between 20-35 per week, Physical exertion may be required to perform occupational tasks (standing for up to 8 or more hours a day, walking, bending, kneeling, laying, twisting, carrying, reaching, stretching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs). Strong understanding of written and spoken English, Ability to see, read and interpret documents such as governmental regulations, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions or schematics.
