About the Company : Our client, a prestigious Am Law firm, is seeking an Associate to join their Employee Benefits group in Indianapolis, IN.

About the Role : Full-time, Direct Hire

Ideal candidate will have a strong background handling a broad range of employee benefit matters.

Candidate should possess excellent writing, analytical, and legal research skills.

Annual Salary : Up to $330,000

Responsibilities Include :

  • Design, draft, and provide support for defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, employee stock ownership plans, employee welfare plans, and executive compensation programs.
  • Handle ERISA, employee benefit and executive compensation matters.

    • Qualifications :

  • 8 years of experience Employee Benefit and Executive Compensation Matters in a law firm setting.
  • Member of the Indiana Bar.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
  • Excellent Communication & Writing Skills.
  • High Attention to Detail.
  • Strong Organizational Skills.
