Litigation Secretary (Intellectual Property)

Our client is seeking an IP Litigation Secretary to join their premier full-service law firm in Century City.

This role will be responsible for drafting legal documents, calendaring, scheduling, e-filing, and providing additional administrative support to 3 IP attorneys.

Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Intellectual Property experience.

Compensation : Pays up to $100,000

Responsibilities :

  • E-filing for State & Federal Courts
  • Communicate with Clients
  • Draft Legal Documents
  • Calendaring & Scheduling
  • Organize and Maintain Documents

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years of Intellectual Property Litigation experience
  • Experience with state and federal e-filing
  • Excellent Communication & Time Management Skills
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office & iManage
  • High Attention to Detail
